Returns Policy

• Waterlily will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective Full-price merchandise for full refund within 30 days of the original purchase.  
• Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE, with no exceptions.
• After 30 days, an exchange or store credit will be issued for the current selling price on both full-price & sale merchandise. 
• We will not accept returns without original receipt.
• Merchandise must have hangtags attached.
• Online purchases may be returned to Waterlily stores.

Shipping

• All orders are shipped and delivered by UPS on business days only, (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.  At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.
• We ship within the Continental US, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico
• We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses. We do not ship internationally.
• Please allow 2 business days for an order to be processed before it is shipped. The service days below are in addition to processing time.  Orders are not processed/shipped on weekends.
